 We're so excited to help preserve your special memories! To ensure everything goes smoothly, here are a few key things to know about working with Flowers4everMN.

Getting Your Flowers to Us

It's your responsibility to get your flowers to us safely and quickly through one of three ways:

  1. If your event is in the greater Brainerd Lakes area, you can coordinate with our team to pick them up after your event. (Must be reserved ahead of time)
  2. You can drop them off locally in Nisswa, Minnesota. (At our studio or agreed location)
  3. You can ship them overnight directly to our studio. We will provide detailed instructions on how to package and send your flowers to us if this is the route you take after you place your order. It is extremely important to get the flowers in our hands immediately after the event to preserve as much freshness as possible when we receive them.

Booking and Cancellation

To secure your spot, please be sure to contact us and reserve your actual event date and confirm availability well in advance. You can call or text us at 218-515-4411 to reserve your date. If you need to cancel your order, you can receive a refund minus a non-refundable $100 booking deposit, as long as the cancellation is made at least 45 days before your event date. This deposit reserves your spot and materials.

Timelines

We put a lot of care into every piece we create, and our turnaround times are estimates only. The completion time can vary based on the preservation piece, size, number of items, and any unforeseen issues that might come up. We will update you on your project's progress! While we will work with you to approve a final design, we may need to make minor design adjustments during the creative process to ensure the best possible results.

The Natural Beauty of Resin Art

While we strive for excellence, please know that minor imperfections are a natural part of working with flowers and resin. These might include small air bubbles, or flecks of nature or textural shifts. Each piece is unique and these add to personalization. If you are expecting a completely flawless machine manufactured piece, Flowers4everMN is not a good fit for you. All resin manufacturers indicate that resin develops a natural, soft amber glow over time. We use the highest quality resin with advanced UV inhibitors to slow this aging process. It is highly recommended to best preserve your art, to keep it out of direct sunlight and away from high heat.

What to Expect from Your Flowers

Your flowers may show “bruising” or transparent spots once preserved in resin. This can be caused by their natural handling before and during your event. Additionally, flower colors may change or fade over time, which is a normal part of their aging process after preservation. Some flowers hold their original color better than others.

Unused Flowers and Your Artwork

We will hold onto any leftover florals for about a month after your project is completed. We would be happy to send them to you for a small fee if you choose. If you don't request them, they will be disposed of or possibly used for various other projects or samples. Once your finished artwork is delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur to it. However, if something concerning has happened, please contact us directly and we will do what we can to rectify it.

Our Commitment to You

Because every piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns. We are not responsible for damage or loss of flowers due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or equipment failure. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and may, at our discretion, offer a refund or a replacement. Our liability is limited to the monetary value of your purchase amount. Reserving Your Date and Booking Your Order

  • Confirm your date is available by contacting us via call or text 218-515-4411.
  • Indicate the flower transit method to us (we pickup, you drop off or overnight shipping) .
  • Choose your selection and any additional Add-ons.
  • Review the Process and Contract Terms.
  • Checkout - Once the order is confirmed, you have reserved your date.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email that contains a copy of your order, as well as the "Next Steps" of what to expect. You will also receive an email containing Shipping Instructions or Dropoff instructions for your flowers well in advance.
